We came in for breakfast this morning and was served by a very nice waitress:) We ordered the eggs meal and the breakfast tacos and both were served fast, fresh, and delicious! The music was really nice and the views out the windows were fantastic 👌. We will definitely eat here again!

The food was fantastic. There was a lapse in my order. It happens but the staff absolutely took care of me. Not only did I get what I originally ordered but I got to have the wrong order as well. Then to top it off the manager came over and comped a round of drinks! The waitress seemed very embarrassed about the mistake but it's a simple mistake. People make mistakes and it was no big deal and I was absolutely compensated.

I arrived in Sitka and asked a local native where does everyone like to eat and he pointed across the bridge and said at the Mean Queen! It was so good that we ate every meal there during our two days. Loved the Biscuits and gravy for breakfast and the pizza and burgers during lunch and dinner.

Got the eggs benedict worth crab and out was phenomenal!! Crab was fresh and so tasty. Hubby got the ham and eggs, also great. Orange juice was fresh squeezed, including the juice in my mimosa. Service was fast and friendly. Portions very generous. Overall, great experience and great meal!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Great pulled pork sandwich. Paired well with a cold beer. 😉 Have to walk up a flight or 2 of stairs to get to the bar. Did not see elevator. Beautiful view of the water.

We got two pizzas. A angry jester and a fortress of the pig pizza. Both were fantastic. The crust on the regular pizza is a mostly thin style and very good. We were told a pizza takes a little less than 30 minutes to come out and the deep dish would be 45 minutes if you are pressed for time for a cruise. Well worth the visit.

This place is so fun with a great atmosphere, amazing drinks and tasty food! The staff is always super kind and fun to talk to. Thanks Seth and Dave! I have tried almost every pizza and my favorite is the, Queen Bee! My second favorite is the, His Royal Highness. I could not resist to try the deep dish one night. That too was tasty but for the price, get a normal pizza… There are great views out of the windows and clean bathrooms. If you’re feeling frisky, ring the bell to buy everyone drinks. Don’t chicken out. Have fun.

Nice people! Good food! Good view and close to the shuttle drop of point. When you are approaching the building they might look closed because the entry is a little dark… they are open and the restaurant is up stairs! Give them a try! We went for breakfast and really enjoyed it.

We’ve been on 2 Alaskan cruises. Both times in Sitka we ate at the Mean Queen. Fantastic pizza and great drinks. The bacon on the pizza is fantastic! Great place for lunch or dinner

Great bar of locals,charming team tuned in to customers. Complete views of sound from all seats and just 2 blocks from Sitka Hotel; view from "penthouse" imagine awesome in summer to be on that deck. Gorgeous place to go
